Export Data Wizard

Export Data Wizard allows you to export data from a table or a query result to any available format.

 

Export Data tool supports:

•Microsoft Office Excel 97-2003, 2007;
•CSV;
•HTML;
•XML;
•Text;
•Microsoft Office Word 97-2003, 2007;
•Microsoft Office Access;
•OpenDocument Spreadsheet;
•OpenDocument Text;
•DBF;
•PDF;
•RTF;
•DIF;
•SYLK;
•LaTex.

 

In order to run the wizard you should either

 

•open the table in Table Editor;
•go on to the Data tab

or

•open and execute the query in SQL Editor or Query Builder;
•proceed to the Result tab

 

and select the Export Data item from the Navigation Bar.
