Setting common export options

Set common export options and click the Export button to start the process. The detailed description of the common options is given below.

   Export empty table

The option allows you to enable/disable export of tables and queries in case they are empty.

The Skip box represents the number of records to skip before export starts.

The Export all records / Export only ... records options specify the number of records to export: all the records or only a fixed number of them.

   Open files after export

The checkbox indicates whether the result files will be the opened in associated programs after the export.

   Print files after export

If checked, the wizard will send the result files to the default printer after export.

Note: This step allows you to create the template with the current configuration (See also Data Export Templates).
