Setting header and footer

Set the header and the footer text for the result file. This text will appear before or after the data in the result files respectively. Please bear in mind that you can set header and footer for the following file formats only: MS Excel, MS Word, RTF, HTML, PDF, TEXT File, CSV File and LaTeX.

Note: Use the Don't show this step any more checkbox to hide this step in your later wizard sessions. You may uncheck the option within the corresponding tab of the Options dialog.
