Setting connection properties

The first wizard step allows you to specify the database connection properties that will be used on further connections.

 

DB2 Maestro unites databases in groups at the Explorer tree. Database group is a pure logical structure and can be named by any convenient appellation (i.e. a database name, a database host, etc.).

 

 

User name

The username used to connect to DB2.

 

Password

The password for the user account on server.

 

 

 

Hide already registered databases

Check the box to shorten the databases list on the next wizard step.
