Preferences

The Preferences menu item of the Application tab allows you to enable/disable MaxDB Data Wizard Agent used for executing tasks configured in Task Scheduler, in background mode.

The Run agent at startup option allows you to launch MaxDB Data Wizard Agent at each Windows startup.

Tool bar and menu style

Since MaxDB Data Wizard 7.7 you can select between Ribbon and Classic toolbars for your convenience. A possibility to select color scheme is implemented for Ribbon toolbar.

You can also cancel/allow the MaxDB Data Wizard splash screen demonstration at software startup using the corresponding checkbox.

Feature of the day

Tray Agent

Tray agent can execute tasks scheduled in MaxDBData Wizard, but does not require Data Wizard to be running at the current time.

Data Pump

MaxDB Data Wizard: Data Pump allows you to pump database (both of structure and data) from such sources as MS SQL or MS Access database to MaxDB database.
