Use the Scheme Name combo box to select the interface scheme you like: Office XP style, Windows XP native style, etc.
You can also create your own interface schemes by customizing any visual options you like on the appropriate tabs (Bars and menus , Trees and lists , Edit controls , Check boxes , Buttons, etc.) and clicking the Save As button.

All the customizing you make is displayed on the sample panel.
